said Manager. Lessee shall provide written notice of any change
of ownership of his said hangared aircraft. Lessee will provide
written proof of- payment oi• any and all county taaes levied on
said aircraft. • �

. transit sysiem �ahich may restrict or prohibit private vehicular �

access to the Airport. County agrees that� in the event it shall ? ,
coristruct such a system there shall be no restriction upon ihe
• access to the demised premises for such service and/or utility
vehi.cles as are necessary, incident to the use of the lessee.
2.11 Assignment � ' `

Lessee understands and agrees that the assignment or transfer
of any rights or promises granted under this lease shall be made

2.12 Third Parties , . '
�r This Use and Lease Agreement does not and shall not be
deemed or construed to confer upon or grant to any third party
or parties, except to parties to whom lessee may assign this -

Use and Lease Agreement in accordance with the specific written �•
permission of tl,e Airport Manager, and excepting any successor ��
to the County, any rights to claim damages or�.to bring any suit,
action or other proceeding against either the County or lessee
because of any breach hereof or because of any of the terms,
covenants, aqreements or conditions herein contained.
2.13 Waiver .
No waivcr of default by eitllcr partg of any of the terms,
covenants or conditionskiereof to be performed, kept and observed
by thc: other party shall be construed, or operatc as, as waiver �
