COLORADO, a municipal corporation and home-rule city (hereinafter referred
to as "City"} and the $OARD OF COUNTP COMAfISSION�RS OF PITfiIN COUNTY,

� WfiER�AS, the County desires to utilize the services of the City �
� Animal Warden and his or her deput-ies; and .
� WHEREAS, the City and County are both concexned �vith animal control �`

� WHEREAS, the County is also concerned �vith the protection of '�

; �; wildlife and livestock in the County; and ��f

� for the establishment, funding and operation of a Joint Animal Control '

+� N0�4, TH�REFORE, BE TT RESOLVED that: �
� 1) The County agrees to send 1/2 of its share of the annual joint
�� budget for the Animal Control Program, a copy of which is attached hereto, �

�� to the City monthly. The City agrees to remit to the County 1/2 of the � '
� program's monthly revenues on a monthly basis. Permission Por the City to � � .

ture. The final budget for the 1983 operating year must be approved by E��

Officer, and the Department will attempt to obtain reports from the

{ 4) The City will provide the County with monthly xeports showittg
� deparLmental revenues and expenditures, time spent in the County and the
City, number of trips to outlying areas in the County, number oP dogs

I� picked up in the City and in the County, and tl�e number of wildlife/live-
�5 stock activities durin� the month.

5) License fees, pound fees, and other charges will be as may be
