TO THE ASPEN AIR SHOW I996 '.

RECITALS
:�: :
1. Pitkin County and the Aspen/Pitkin County Airport,hereinafter"Applicants",have applied ,
' to the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County,Colorado,hereinafter"Board",for
i
+ approval of a Temporary Use Permit for the Aspen Air Show on June 3Q i996,pursuant to
Section 3-200.3�of the Land Use Code.
2. The Land Use Code requires thut the Board determine that the request for a permit is
. necessary to hold the pubiic event or celebration and that adequate provision has been made
�
for police supervision;insurance,area maintenance and public parking.
3. The Boazd considered the Applicant's request to hold a special event at a public meeting on �
y,
_ June 12, 1996 at which time the Board found that the Applicant's request meets the
requirements of the Land Use Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Boazd that it dces hereby grant a
Temporary Use Permit to the Aspen Air Show 1996,subject to the fo]]owing conditions:
I. The Applicant shall adhere to all ma[erial representations made in the application and in the
public meeting.
2. This temporary use permit is issued to the Aspen Air Show 1996 for an event which will
take place from 9:00 AM to 3:00 p.m.on June 3Q 1996. . �
3. The toilet facilities shall be approved by the Environmentai Health Department.
4. T'he applicant shall return the food survey form to the Environmental Health Department at ,
teas[one week prior to the event.
