i. Resolution 95-198 recognized the difficulties of enforcing the �''�� �
present zoning regulations in Pitkin County�s trailer pazks.

2. Development was limited to the placement of trailers no larger ; •
than the one being removed, and related accessory structures such as
carporta, entryways, storage eheds which do not exceed 120 square feet
in size and decks, in all trailer parks vntil the park received
rezoning approval from Pitkin County. •
3. The Board has determined that these resCrictions have created �
undue hardships on the residents of the parks.

• NOW THSREFORE BE IT RBSOLVBD by the Pitkin County Board of County
; Commissioners that Resolution 95-198 is hereby rescinded. i
