When comparing the vaZue of my building with other similar
buildings, I repeatedly found most baildings valued at
an amount equal to mine, -however, my building is
- considerably older than many of these other buildings,
and more importanly the rent I charge is consideably lower
than most buildings in the commercial core. In fact, my
rents average about :�36.�0 per sq, ft. and I looked at
buildings that charge over twice what I do, and yet their
value per sq. Yt, was about the same as mine. I think that
