1. Pursuant ta C.R.S. 1-5-101(1), directs the County Clerk and Recorder,
subject to approval by the Board of County Commissioners, to "designate
the place for each precinct at which elections are to be held"; and
2. Basalt High School, the regular poll place for precincts 12 & 14 is not ';.�.�
available for the Primary election on August 13, 1996;
