1. Suzanne Farver(hereafter"ApplicanP')has applied to the Pitkin County Board of �'���^
County Commissioners(hereafter`Board")for consideration of an extension of vested '�' ,

reai property rights pursuant to Section 4-140.30 of the Land Use Code. �.�

2. The subject property received Administrative I041 Hazard Review approvals in]990 _,;.�-
and 1993. ''-
3. The property is located adjacent to Conundrum Creek in H.E.S.No. 112,Townships •"::a,�
10 and 11 South,Range 85 West of the 6th PM;more specifically described in Exhibit A. � ;�

4. The Boazd considered the request at its regularly scheduled meering of August 28, '�
1996,at which time evidenee and testimony were presented with respect to this �
application.

5. The Boazd determined that the proposed development meets the criteria established in
Section 4-140.30 of the Land Use Code,and therefore found the extension to be
� appropriate.
NOW,THEIiEFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Pitkin County Board of County
, Commissioners that it does hereby grant an extension to the vested property rights for the
Farver property described herein subject to the following conditions:

' 1. The conditions of approval established in the Helda Administrative 1041 Hazard
Review,dated July 21,1993,shall be adhered to.
2.The applicant shall adhere to all matetial representations made in the application and
public meetings. �
