"Applicants",have applied to the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County, ��`,. .
- Coloradq hereinafter,"Board",for approval of a Lot Line Adjustment pursuant to tlie ? ' �
Pitkin County Land Use Code. '
2. The subject property is located south of Redstone in the Crystal River Park
Subdivision. �
3. The Planning aad Zoning Commission reviewed this application on June 4,1996,and
directed staffto forward a recommendation of approval to the Board. �
_ 4. The Boazd heard this appiication at a regularly scheduled meeting on September 11, I
1996,at which tiine evidence and testimony was presented with respect to diis �
application. �

. 5. The Board determined that the proposed activity meets the applicable criteria +--
established in the Land Use Code, provided the conditions listed in diis resolution are �
adhered to.

! NOW,TI�EREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
i of Pitkin County, Colorado, that it does hereby grant approval of the Piffer Lot Line �,
Adjustment,subject to the following conditions:
1. The Applicants shatl adhere to a11 material representations made in the application
, and in public meetings.
2. The Applicants shall prepare for the Community Development Director's
approval an amended plat in accordance with Land Use Code 5ection 5-60.40. The plat
' shali include all required dedications and easements. The plat shall be identified as the ,
' "Amended Piat of Lots 50,51,52,53,54,55,64,65,66,67,and Z and Road Vacation of •
a portion of Country Club Drive,Crystal River Park Subdivision
