1. The City Council of the Ciry of Aspen and the Board of Commissioners of che .�
County of Pitkin do hereby establish the position of"Advisory Director on che RFTA
Board of Ditectors"Lo be appointed by the Town Council of�he Town of Snowmass
Village. The Advisory Director shall attend and participate in all Board discussions and
shall liave an advisory,but not binding,vote on all macters voted on by che RFTA Board.
2. This Resolution is not intended to operate as an amendmenc of the RFTA
�t Intergovernmental Agreemenc,but is intended to be supplementary thereto.
