, WHEREAS,Pitkin County has a number of concerns about this application and. �;
believes certain cqndi6ons shouid tie adhered to for the Board to recommend approval,

: handle and is much'older than the life-expe�tancy of a septic system and that the proposed �
system is inconsistent with•the best repair of the main system,that the best�vaIlalile •

likely be a paekage treatrnent plant,that wntaminated water samples have been recentlq • ,.

� NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED TFIAT the Pifkin Couitty Board of: •
. Commissioners finds�that the Aspen Community School site applicaHon.and domestic. . �
dischar�e permit application are consistent with County septic regulations,but that fhe � ' ; ,
system proposed is not the best system for this facility,and re�ommends that the Colorado �
Departinent of Public Healtk and Environment approve the site application for the Aspen
