COUNTY,COLORADO,GRANTING A TEMPORARY USE Y�RMIT TO POLO A.
INTERNATIONAL FOR THE SNOW POLO CLASSIC

1. Polo International,L.L.C.,hereinafter"Applicant,"has applied to the Board of
County Commissioners of Pit[cin County,Colorado,hereinafrer"Boazd,"for
approval of a Temporary Use Permit to hold a winter polo match at tha Cozy "
Point Equestrian Center,pursuant to Secrion 3-20030 of the Land Use Cade,
� 2. .The Land Use Code requires tl�at the Boazd determine that the request for a pernut
is necessary to hold the public event or celebration and that adequate provision
s has been made for police supervision,insurance,area maintenance and public
pazking.
3. The Boazd considered the Applicant's request to hold the event at a public
meeting on December 18,1996,at which time the Board found that the
ApplicanYs request meets the requirements of the Land Use Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Boazd that it does hereby
grant a Temporary Use Permit for the Snow Polo Classic subject to the fo[lowing
conditions: -
1) This temporary use permit is issued to Polo International,L.L.C.for a winter
polo match at the Cozy Point Equestrian Center. The event will take place
� from 10:00 a.m.to 3:00 p.m.on Saturday,December 28,1996.
2) The applicant shall provide an insurance certifccate to the satisfaction of the
Risk Manager prior to the issuance of the temporary use permit
3) The applicant shall provide a Safery and Operating Ptan to the satisfaction of
the Emergency Management Coordinator prior to the issuance of the '
� temporary use pemut.
4) The applicant shall adhere to all material representations made in the
application and in the public meeting.
