But regardless of a(1 those arguments,what reaily bears here is whether there's been a taking or there's been a substantial deprival of reasonable investment-backed expectations. We have an investment 8—512,500.00. LAMONT Do you[hink maybe if you said ihe applicatian requested a 2,280 square foot residence and then said the Board of Counry Commissioners approved ffie development site that was requested by the Mohrmans,the Baard of County Commissioners,put those twa together and pull that sentence around. 1 think it would just read better. I just—my point was is 1 wanted to emphasize in this resolution that we did approve the • development site and we did approve a level of their application with emphasis that they did require.
