CALL TO ORAER:Chairman True called the meeting to order at 3:10 p.m.in the Plaza
One BOCC Board Ttoom. - '
COMMISSIONER MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Bil(Tuite,Mick Ireland,
James True and Leslie Lamont.
COMMISSIONER MEMBERS ABSENT: Commissioner KrawzofF.
SECOND READING: BRUSFI CREEK INCORPORATION PUBLIC HEARING
CONTINIJED FROM JULY I6 1996:
Commissioner True stated he would like to continue this pubtic hearing until next week so
that ail five Commissioners aze present.
Mr. Jim Crowley stated given the situation, he will be happy to once more postpone the
decision until next week.
Harry Shulman,representing Brush Creek,commentecl he agrees the final decision should
be made when all five Commissioners are present.
Commissioner Ireland stated he met with Harry Shuiman on an ex parte basis.
Commissioner Ireland explained he is not making a commitment until he hears all the
arguments. Commissioners True, Tuite, and Lamont s�ated they have not changed their
minds since their last vote. Commissioner Ireland staYed he would prefer to heaz the
arguments when Comraissioner Krawzoff is present.
Commissioner Iretand moved to continue the second reading and public hearing for
the Brush Creek Incorporation hearing until August 6, 2996 at 5:30 p.m. in the
Plaza One BOCC meeting room. With a sccond by Commissioner Tuite,the motion
passed unanimously.
