CONNECTION THEREWITH•AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY-Chairman ;
True stated the Board of County Commissioners is sitting as the Board of Directors for
the Pitkin County West Buttermitk Genera!Improvement District. This meeting was held
to canvas the results of a special election of the District and to declare the results thereof.
The results are contained in the Resolution.
Commissior+er Ireland moved to adopt the Resolution Canvassing the Results of a
Bond Election for ffie Pitkin County West Buttermilk General Improvement ^
bistrict. With a second by Commissioner Tuite,the motion passed unanimously.
