Buttermilk Limited Partnership (a/k/a Stapleton property), immediately west of the main Huttermilk Ski Area Parking Lot. � � 3. The Applicant has represented that the February 1, 1995 " deadline oriqinally approved in condition #lo of Resolution 94- • 232 did not provide adequate time to prepare and submit a complete �' � � . application. _�-�_ . 4. The Board found in Resolution 94-232 that a comprehensive ii analysis of the Ski Area must be accomplished prior to the 1945/96 � ski season to address outstanding operational issues. A substantially complete Master Plan application shall be 6 submitted for the Tiehack Ski Area no later than March 15, � " 1995. If no application, or a substantially incomplete application, is received by March 15th, all parking on the ,',a' . ! �.
