The Applicant commits to fund a proportionate share of the � ongoing sanitary sewage collection system capacity study beinq � conducted by the ACSD. The Applicant also commits to pay a proportionate share of any collection system improvements necessary to serve the project. Funds for the collection " system capacity study shall be deposited with the ACSD prior to detailed submission. Low water (xeriscaping) concepts and plant materiaZ shall be � � used in landscapinq the property in those areas where soils � may be prone to supersaturation (south of the flumej.
