NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Pitkin County, Colorado, that the Chairman of the Board is authorized to approve execution of
the lease for the Lyon Residential Cabin and hereby delegates signature authorization on the
lease and all associated addenda to the Pitkin County Manager.

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO,
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE LYON RESIDENTIAL CABIN LEASE
AND DELEGATING SIGNATURE AUTHORIZATION TO
THE PITKIN COUNTY MANAGER
Resolution #95-M
RECITALS
1. The Pitkin County Board of County Commissioners owns a p arcel of land in
Redstone known as the "Lyon Property".
2, The Pitkin County Board of County Commissioners has an obligation to maximize
ra
its non-tax revenues to reduce the tax burden on the public.
3. The Pitkin County Board of County Commissioners desires to lease out the
residential cabin on the Lyon Property for a one-year duration, or until such time
as the use and management plan for the property has been completed, to generate
revenues to offset the cost of maintenance of the property and to provide an on-
site caretaker.
4. The Pitkin County Board of County Commissioners desires to assign management
of the lease to the Pitkin County Manager or his designated Staff, and therefore
delegate signature authorization on the lease and all associated addenda to the
County Manager.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Pitkin County, Colorado, that the Chairman of the Board is authorized to approve execution of
the lease for the Lyon Residential Cabin and hereby delegates signature authorization on the
lease and all associated addenda to the Pitkin County Manager.
