ESTABLISHING UPDATED FEES FOR
SHERIFF'S OFFICE CIVIL PROCESS BILLING
AMENDS PREVIOUS RESOLUTION NO. 87 -17

RECITALS
1. Pitkin County wishes to set fees which are consistent and fair to the
public and which reflect the expenses incurred in providing such services to the
public.
2. Certain fees currently charged no longer reflect the costs of providing the
necessary levels of such services.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin
County, Colorado
