COLORADO ESTAQLISHING NEW USER fEES
FOR THE SOLID WASTE CENTER

Resolution #81-8
WHEREAS, Section 30-20-115 C.R,S, 1973, as amended, authorizes I

counties to finance the operations costs of the Pitkin County Solid Waste i
Center by user service fees, and �
WHEREAS, Resolution 78-142, approved by the Board of County '
�
Commissioners of Pitkin County on November 27, 1978, established user 3
�
fees for the Pitkin County Solid 4Jaste Center which became effective �
. January 1, 1979 and these fees have rernained the same since then, and 4
VlHEREAS, the net operating cost of the Solid Waste Center $
' exceeded the net revenues by $15,500 in 1980, and
WHEREAS, Pitkin County desires to have the revenues equal �
the operating costs of the Solid Waste Center. 4
_ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLUED that the new user fees proposed �•
� in Schedule A, attached and incorporated by this reference, shal] become �

i� effective February 15, 2981. `
