hereby grant approval to the Skirball Caretaker Dwelling Unit

application subject to the following conditions:

1. The Applicant shall record a caretaker dwelling unit deed

restriction, pursuant to Section 3- 150.130 of the Code prior

to the issuance of a building permit.

2. The caretaker dwelling unit will be limited to 700 square feet
of net livable area.

3. The Applicant shall adhere to all material representations
made in the application and in the public meeting.
4. The attic in the structure shall not be improved or used as
y living area. The attic may be used as storage and may not have
F internal stairway access.
5. Before receiving a septic permit, the Applicant will need to
submit a septic permit application and appropriate fee to the
Environmental Health Department with a completed Soil Data
- Form including percolation test results and profile hole
information.
6. Before the issuance of a building permit, the applicant must
provide proof to the Environmental Health Department that all
abandoned septic tanks have been pumped and either filled or
removed.
i 7. The Applicant must file a firep lace /woodstove permit with the
Environmental Health Department before a building permit will
be issued. Coal may not be burned in any device and no wood
burning device may be installed in barns or agricultural
i buildings.
8. All construction, including parking spaces, must take place
within the approved building envelope.
9. Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of occupancy, an
inspection by the Building Department must be conducted to
assure that the unit complies with the Uni Building Code.
