f WHEREAS, Douglas W. Bowman and Mary Ann Bowman (hereinafter referred
to as "Applicant") are the owners of record of .754 acres of real property
more specificaTTy describ�d as follows:
A tract lf land situate in Section 20, Township 10 South, Range 88
West of the 6th Principal Meridian, being more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of a tract of land described in
Rec. No. 135762 of the records of the Clerk and Recorder of Pitkin "
County, Co]nrado, whence a brass cap for the north quarter corner of �
said Section 20 bears N 28° 50' 15" W 1139.71 feet; thence S 62� 48' '
46" E i27.26 feet aiong the southerly line of said tract descri6ed in i,
Rec. No, 135762; thence N 29� 50' E 16.47 feet along the easterly line '
of said tract described in Rec. No, 135762 to its intersection with the �

WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held before the 8oard of County Commissioners
on October 27, 1980 at which time evidence and testimony were presented with
respect to this application. �`
— NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Pitkin County, Colorado, that final plat approval for the two unit subdivision
known as the Redstone Ice Nouse is hereby approved.
Approved by the Board of County Comnissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado, �
at their regular meeting on March 23, 1981.
