REQUESTIW6 THE DEDICATIOfd OF FPIERICAN ROAD ;
AS A PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY
Resolution No. 81 -38 =
NHEREAS, the "Amended and Restated Plat of Aspen Airport Business Center,
Filing No. 1" was approved by the Board of Count;� Cortmissioners with a dedica-
;
tion"for public use of the roads as shown; private roads are labeled as such; �
provided, however, the private part of American Road shall be dedicated to �
. public use upon request of the Board of County Comnissioners", and �j.
WHEREAS, the Board is desirous of insuring that all future access to the F;-
adjacent Canyon Cable TV property will be via Mierican Road.
• iJ04J, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County.Commissioners of �
Pitkin. County Colorado, that it does hereby formally request dedication of
the rivate ortion of American Road, as described on the "Amended and Restated ,�
