condominiumize a proposed 12-unit comnercial building consisting of 8823

10, Block 5, Aspen Airport Business Center
� owned by the undersigned, or on such other
land owned by the undersigned that would serve
as a suitable alternate. �
� 2) It wi11 be 4' deep and 24" in diameter in order
- to hold 1900 cubic feet of.water (based on a �.
�,'� 2" rainfall from all impermeable areas of Lot 3B,
� Block 4) .
� 3� The water will be diverted at that point between �
Lot lI, Block 5, and Lot 10, Block 5, where it
runs down the hill on the sewer easement.
