WHEREAS, on May 11, 1981, the Board of County Commissioners did approve �

" Resolution 81-30, granting subdivision exemption to Resort Inns Incorporated, a ;

Colorado corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Applicant") to adjust the ;

7ot line on the Applicant's 87,120 square foot parcel, more specifically described ?
in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated by reference, by adding 174,240 =
r square feet of real property to it, more specifically described in Exhibit "B" �

attached hereto and incorporated by reference, thereby creating a single new �
parcel of 2fi1,360 square feet, and �{
WHEREAS, subsequent to the approval of said Resolution the Applicant did �;
• " ' notice that the legal description of Exhibit "B" attached to that Resolution �
, was in error by omitting a small tri.angular .075 acre parcel, which fiad been �
