" � WHEREAS, Magne Nostdahi (hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant") is �

the owner of record of Lots 28 and 29 of HolTand Hills of Basalt, Pitkin County, ;
Colorado, and

WHEREAS, the Applicant has requested a Tot separation of these two substan-
+ dard lots for individua7 development, pursuant to Section 7-2.4(a) of the Pitkin }�
County Code, and
„ WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Board of County Comnissioners :
on �une 8, ]987, at which time evidence and testimony were presented with

`" WHERFAS, the Board of County Commissioners found that the water system �

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Pitkin County, Colorado, that the Dutch Flats Lot Separation does not sdtisfy
Section 7-2.4(a) of the Pitkin County Land Use Code and therefore special
