WHEREAS, Charles 7homas is the owner of record of approximately 53 acres ;j �

more specifically described as part of Lot 6, Section 22 and all of Lot 2, �
Section 27, Township 8 South, Range 88 West of the 6th P.M., and

WHEREAS, Kenneth and Mary l�191son (hereinafter referred to as "Applicant") ��
reside in a modular home located on the Thomas property and desire to purchase �,

. the land on which the home is 7ocated, said parcel being more specificalTy �
descrbied in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated by reference, and
� WHEREAS, the Applicant has requested subdivision exemption approval for �
the purposes of adjusting the lot line of the Thomas property by creating the
0.4 acre exemption parcel more specifically described in Exhibit�"A", and �

' WNEREAS, a review of the Appiicant's proposai was conducted before the

# � Board of County Commissioners on June 22, 1981, at which time evidence and �
�j testimony were presented with respect to this application. i�

WOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEO by the Board of County Comnissioners of �� .
Pitkin County, Colorado, that subdivision exemption is hereby granted to adjust �
the lot line on the Thomas praperty by creating a new exemption parcel, more �
specifically described in Exhibit "A" for the purpose of permitting the Applicant `p'

� to purchase said land and reside on it, subject to the following conditions:
"" 1. The Appiicant's preparation of an exemption plat which should be
approved prior to recording 6y the County Engineer, and '

.� 2. The County Sanitarian performing further investigations as to the
adequacy of the functioning of the water supply and sewage disposal
��: systems and giving final approval to their continued use.
