WHEREAS, a mobile home exists on the property, which the applicant will � y?

remove to be replaced by a single-fami7y residence, and �, :

WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Board of County Cortrnissioners m ;
� at their regular meeting on July 27, ]981 at which time the recommendations of �

,� the Planning and Zoning Comnission, the Planni.ng Office, referral agencies and � �
�,� members of the general public were accepted, N ;

� " NOW, THEREPoRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Cormnissioners of �
,, Pitkin County, Coiorado, that Special Review approvai for removal of the mobile Z � ,
home and replacement of a single-family residence is hereby granted subject to �'.:
the following conditions:
1. Either the recommendati.ons in the Lincoln DeVore soils report be �:f
followed and the house be located back from the slope or engineering
studies be done to support another location. �<
„ 2. The applicant work with the Environmenta7 Health Department to develop
on-site waste water treatment systems in compliance with County regula-
. tions. �:
