WHEREAS, Colomo Inc. and Wi7iiam N. and John David Boncher (hereinafter ;
referred to as "applicants") are the respective owners of record of Lots 36-37 �
� and Lot 38 all in the Crystal River Park Subdivision of Pitkin County, Co]orado, �
a
and '
WHEREAS, the applicants have requested spectal review approval pursuant t
h
to Section 7-2.4 of the Pitkin County Code for the separate development of �
Lot 36 with a single family house and tf�e combined f.ots 37-38 with a single -
family house, and �
' WHEREAS, a pubiic hearing was held before the Board of County Corr�nissioners �
`'�' at their regular meeting on August 10, 1981 at which time evidence and testimony '?

# were presented with respect to this 5pecial Review request.
IJOW, THEREFORE, BE IS RESOLVED by the Board of County Cotrmissioners �
that special review approval for the separate development of Lot 36 and the ��

combined Lots 37-38 of the Crystal River Park Subdivision pursuant to Section �;
7-2.4 of the Pitkin County Code is hereby granted subject to the following �
�
condition:
l. Development on the two parcels shalt be 7imited to a two bedroom
single family residence for each, provided, further, that lar9er "
residences may be permitted upon demonstration to the County �i�
Sanitarian that adequate sewage disposal meeting Pi.tkin Count.y
Individual Sewa e Disposal Regulations can be accomplished,
Approved by the Board of County Commissioners at their regular meeting t�
on August 24, 1981.
