' .. .. ._ _ Myt/tV ,a ^ � �oK4i5 r„c� 20 � ` a,t�,:;. a �:;�>`.;`.:�. � WHEREAS, on the tenth day of August, 2981, the Board of , County Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado, met at the Pitkin County Courthouse in Aspen, Colorado, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. for the purpose of holding a hearing on the petition for the organization of the District; and WHEREAS, the public hearing was duly held and continued to September • - 1, 1981,at 10:00 a.m. during which hearing (and continued hearing) persons were heard on the proposal to create the district; and WHEREAS, the Hoard has ascertained that the petitions were signed i by the required number of electors of the District who own taxable l. , real or personal property within the District; and �� WHEREAS, the Board has determined and hereby determines that the ` F genuineness of the signatures and the allegations of the petitions are � true and that it has jurisdiction in the premises; and WIiEREA5, the Board has determined and hereby determines that the � proposed improvements in the District will confer a general benefit '� on the District and that the cost of such improvements would not be i r' � excessive, as compared with the value of the property within the � :: DiStYict; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO: Section I. It is hereby determined and declared that the petitions i for organization of the Pitkin County Redstone Ranch Acres Road General � � Improvement District have been duly and properly signed hy not less � than a majority of the electors of the District who own taxable real or personal property in the proposed District. ; Section 2. It is £urther hereby determined and declared that the = �f petitions comply fu11y with all of the applicable requirements of Title 30, Article 20, Part 5, Colorado Revised Statutes 1973, as amended, i that the allegations thereof are true and that nothing prevents the � { adoption of a resolution creating the District at this time. ; � � Section 3. Improvements shall include the grading, gra•�eling, installing, culverting � ' � and otherwise improving the roads and repairing and improving the ; , � bridges within the District which were either dedicated to the public I or conveyed to the Redstone Ranch Acres Homeowner's Association and which are open and accessible to the public. ? The estimated cost of the proposed improvements (and � i providing maintenance and snow plowing through the winter of I982) is i Thirty Five Thousand, Seven Hundred and Sixty Four pollars and Thirty �' Cents ($35,764.30) . t. n Section 7.
