" WHEREAS, Jan R. Christensen (hereinafter referred to as "applicant") is
the owner of record of approximately 118 acres of real property located in the
Old Snowmass area of Pitkin County and more specifically described as
"Exhibit A", and

WHEREAS, the applicant has proposed subdividing the 118 acres into ten E
separate parcels each for sin9le-family use; except for lot 2 which shall
remain a vacant parcel, ineligible for residential use, and iot 5 for which

conditions:
1. The satisfacti:on of comni.tments made by John Doremus i.n his letter on
behalf of the applicant to correct life, healtfi and safety deficiencies
in his letter to Richard Grice of September 22, 1981 and Patsy Neubury's
memorandum of 5eptember 23, 1981.

no more thaa twenty (20) days for repair and replacement.
The fisherman.'s trail is not marlced. Yo disturbance was noted along
. the creek. No kennels appear for dogs, however, I assume ihis need -
only be done at areas with dogs. ,
