[.�";i� . , i • RESOLUTION OF THE B�ARD OF CO[JNTY COMMISSIONERS OF PITKIN COUNTY � COLORADO, CONCERNING THE APPLICATION OF LITTLE ANNIE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP FOR I SPECIAL REVIEW ApPROVAL Resolution No. 81 - 95 ; s )' WHEREAS, Little Annie Limited Partnership (hereina£ter "Applicant") j , , _ has submitted an application pursuant to the provisions of Tztle II � ; of the Pitkin County Code (Land Use Code) (hereinafter "Code") Eor � 2 special review approval for the development of the Little Annie Ski � Area (hereinafter "proposed ski area" or "project") and � � WHEREAS, the Board has previously made certain findings with ��w ' respect to the project contained in the Board's resolution No. 81-50, and WHEREAS, the Board wishes to amend its findings all as hereinafter described, � 4' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners �� that it does hereby amend its Resolution No. 51-50 in the following � manner: _._`#; ;jl Section 1 �r � i Paragraph 7 of the Resolution 81-50 be and hereby is repealed. Provided, .further, that this finding is conditioned upon the commitment by the a Applicant to give to Pitkin County (or its designee or � ;� j designees) an amount equal to .5� of its gross annual -� � : 4 revenues from the sale of lift tickets; and, in the event "� on further study it is determined that the project will generate the need for public facilities at a cost in excess ; -. of the contribution herein provided for, to enter into ' } negotiations with Pitkin County for the purpose of � establishing methods of generating additional public revenues, ' includinq a greater contribution by the Applicant, if ;� necessary.
