WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 80-112 dated November 24, 1980, the ?

Board of County Commissioners of the County of Pitkin did, by virtue ' ,
of the authority upon it conferred in Sectioti 30-28-101(10)(d), C.R.S. �

I973, resolve that the then proposed sale from the Aspen Institute j �
for Humanistic Studies to the Aspen Mountain Park Partnership ("AA4P") �:
of the property more particularly described on Exhibit "A" annexed to

that resolution was without the intents and purposes of applicable �t�r'
, subdivision regulations, provided that AN,P satisiy certain conditions � ,
described in said resolution; ��

r�;rHER.EAS, the conditions, by the express terms of the resolution, 3;
were to be satisfied within one year of the date thereof, and 'p�
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the I�oard of County �i 3
� Commissioners that while as oF the date hereof those conditions have "���

not yet been fully satisfied and may not be within the time allotted, _
