The applicant's completing more detailed soil investigations prior to construction and submitting the � `-- engineering and construction plans to mitigate any geologic y hazards to the County Engineer and the Building Department i prior to construction of the building; ;: 7. The applicant's preparing detailed drainage and erosion control plans to be considered as part of the detailed submission for the Highlands Inn; �.� 8. The applicant's providing information acceptable to the County regarding the need for water and sewer transmission system improvements and the financing arrangements for these improvements to be considered as part of the detailed submission for the Highlands Inn; and 9. The applicant's complying with the standards of the Environmental Health Department by using a v-shaped � j grill for restaurant use and by complying with the State of ; Colorado's noise abatement statute in the restaurant or other entertainment areas.
