It is hereby determined and declared that the petitions � , c for organization of the Pitkin County Bzush Creek Village General �� , • Improvement District have been duly and properly signed by not less than a majority of the electors of the District who own taxable real or � M personal property in the proposed District. i t�Section 2. It is further hereby determined and declared that the petition complies fully with all the applicable requirements of Title ff�i 30, Article 20, Part 5, Colorado Revised Statutes 1973, as amended, ;' !' ` �: that the allegations thereof are true and that nothing prevents the f� �� adoption of a resolution creating the District at this time. � Section 3. The Pitkin County Brush Creek Village General Improvement i District is hereby duly created and organized. Section 4. The corporate name of the District shall be Pitkin '� County Brush Creek Village General Improvement District in Pitkin County, �� fColorado, by which name in all proceedings it shall hereafter be known; ... � � and the District shall be a public or quasi-municipal subdivision of the � State of Colorado and a body corporate with the limited proprietary � powers set forth in Title 30, Article 20, Part 5, Colorado Revised °f;Y ' T ' Statutes 1973, as amended. ; Section 5. The purposes of the district are to provide for the ; ! construction and installation of all roads within the District, to ;t � include necessary improvement of road cuts by landscaping and `i fstabiiization, where required, and grading; to provide necessary and � _ i ( adequate drainage to the District; and to provide necessary speed j � f controls, as required, for traffic control of said roads. Said � � improvements to be provided at one time or from time to time as the ! � ,� roads of the District may require. � Section 6.
