The driveway accessing the homesite on Lot 9 shall be constructed in conformance with the driveway plan and profile prepared 6y Survey ' Engineers, and �$ 2. The home to be constructed on Lot i0 is to be located as close to the �►�� road as is reasonab7y possible, and 3. A note should appear on the plat which will read, "The water supply ? • systems for these lots may be inadequate or expensive, as low yields "�'� and dry wells ha.ve been rea�ized in this subdivision." 4.
