Section 7-2.4 of the Pitkin County Land Use Code for the separate development 1�:�� of Lots 9 and 10, Block 1, Filing i, Brush Creek Village 5ubdivision, and ,, WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Board of County Comnissioners ,. � � >� on March 23, 1981 at which time evidence and testimony were presented with i � respect to this application. �� .: (i '� NOW, TNEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of �#.; Pitkin County, Colorado, that Special Review approval pursuant to Section 7-2.4 �:.� ,� i� of the Pitkin County Code is hereby granted for the separate deveiopment of (�- Lots 9 and 10, Block 1, Filing 1, Brush Creek Village Subdivision subject to the following conditions: 1. The driveway accessing the homesite on Lot 9 shall be constructed in conformance with the driveway plan and profile prepared 6y Survey ' Engineers, and �$ 2. The home to be constructed on Lot i0 is to be located as close to the �►�� road as is reasonab7y possible, and 3. A note should appear on the plat which will read, "The water supply ? • systems for these lots may be inadequate or expensive, as low yields "�'� and dry wells ha.ve been rea�ized in this subdivision." 4. A "safety zone" shall be created around any structures buiit on either % of these two lots and immediately adjacent to the access driveway to � Lot 9.
