WHEREAS, the amount of money necessary to balance the budget for district �

creation and bond issuance expenses is $4,529, and �

WHEREAS, the 1981 valuation for assessment for the Highlands General Tmprove- 6�

ment District, as certified by the County Assessor, is $632,620. ,�r

• NOiV, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Highlands �

General Improvement District that for the purpose of district creation and bond ,

issuance expenses during the 1982 budget year there is hereby Ievied a tax of 7.IG F

mills upon each dollar of the total valuation for assessment of all ta�cable property �:�

within the district for the year 1981. �
