A RESOLUTION LEVYING GENERAL PROPERTY TAXES AT 10.41 MILLS FOR THE YEAR 1981, TO HELP DEFRAY �
THE COSTS OF GOVERNMENT FOR TIiE PITKIN COUNTY RED3TONE RANCH ACRES GENERAL IMPROVEI�NT DIS- �. ..
TRICT FOR THE 1982 BUDGET YEAR. i
WHEREAS, the amount of money necessary to balance the budget for road maintenance (
expenses is $3,481, and �
WHEREAS, the 1981 valuation for asses9nent for the Redstone Ranch Acres General �
� Improvement District, as certified by the County Assessor, is $334,390.
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Redstone Ranch Acres �,
General Improvement District that for the purpose of road maintenance expenses during the
1982 budget year there is hereby levied a tax o£ 10.41 mills upon each dollar of the total
valuation for assessment of all taxable property within the district for the year 1981. �
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that this resolution be published by title and short outline �
as provided by section 2-8-1-3 of the Pitkin County Home Rule Charter. �
