' WHEREAS, Resolution No. 81-93 granted to the Aspen Racquet Club Subdivision,
Filing No. 2, a GMP quota allocation for one dwelling unit, and

WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of Resolution IJo. 81 -93, an application
was received from the owners of the Aspen Racquet Club Subdivision, Filing No. 2 '�

requesting an excess allotment for one additional dwelling unit pursuant to �
Section 5-510.3 of the Pitkin County Code, and F:,

WHEREAS, the Board considered this request at a public meeting on November 9, ;'3.
1981 and determined that it was appropriate to grant the requested excess allot- s

' ment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of "
