' ; WNEREAS, the West End Development Company, Inc., d/b/a Aspen Racquet
` Club (hereinafter referred to as "applicant") is the owner of record of 12.998

acres of real property more specifically known as Lot 2, Aspen Racquet Club ?4

, WHEREAS, the applicant has applied for General Submission-PUD and 5pecial i�
Review approval for a three lot subdivision, one lot of which would contain
g the existing single-fami]y residence and the Aspen Racquet Club facility and

on November 23, 1981 at which time evidence and Lestimony were presented with ��

NOW, THEREFORE, BE I7 RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of -

r Pitkin County, Colorado, that General Submission-PUD and 5pecial Review approval �;
- are hereby granted for the creation of one parcel for the purpose of development

unit) plus specified common area is hereby granted subject to the fo77owing

7. The finalization of water supp]y p]ans with the City of Aspen Water

2. The constructi.on of an eight inch (8") line extension to connect to
Aspen Metro Sanitation District's trunk line.

4. The Subdi.vision Agreement shall include requirements for solar orienta- � ;
tion, solar hot water collectors and other conservation features in �

6. A detailed drainage plan shall be submitted for the entire property � '
to include, among other things, provision for overflow from the pond, a �
culvert at Clubhouse Drive and Owl Creek Road and an on-site drainage j
ditch, a71 to be approved by the County Engineer. �

7. The Subdivision Agreement shall require all interior roads to be �
chipped and sealed or oi7ed, whichever is approved by the County
Environmental Health Department.
