COUNTY COMtiISSIONERS OE PITKZN COUNTY, � •
COLORADO, ESTABLISHING N8W USER PEES
FOR THE SOLID WASTE CEtiTER
Resolution No. S1- 1�
WHEREAS, Section 30-20-115 C.R.6. 1973, as amended, �.
� � authorizes counties to finance the operations cost of the Pitkin
-. County Solid Waste Center by user service fees, and
WHEREP,S, Resolution 81-8 , approved by the Board of
County Commissioners of Pitkin County on February 9, 1981,

, establishing user fees for the Pitkin County Solid Waste Ceater
which became effective February 15, i981, and these fees have
remained the same since then,
WFiEREAS, Pitkin County desires to create a reserve of funds
for future plant replacement of the Solid Waste Center, �
M1 NOW, TAEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the new user fees -
�!� proposed in Schedule A, attached and incorporated by this
# reference, ehall become effective January 1, 1982.
