ADDENDUM AND RENEWAL to that Lease Agreement dated �,
MAY 7TH , 1979, by and between the BOARD OF COUNTY •
COMMISSIONERS OF PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO, (hereinafter refer-

red to as "Lessor"), Party of the First Part, and GREGORY C. �

MURNANE, d/b/a MURNANE AVIATION, (hereinafter referred to as �

W I T N E S S E T H :

WHEREAS, Lessor desires to renew the lease referred t
to above with Lessee pursuant to the certain terms and condi- t:
tions coatained herein; and '`

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration o£ the

mutual covenants and agreements herein contained, the Lessor
and Lessee do hereby mutually undertake, promise and agree,
each for itself and its successors and assigns, as follows: �
1. Lease Term. The term of the lease referred to �
above shall be extended for one (1) year, commencing on May 1, �

1981 and terminating on April 30, 1982. ;

2. Trailways Access. Lessee shall be given an i'

' access key to the area leased to Trai2ways in the building j
within which its leased premises are Iocated. Lessee shall i

be entitled to use the bathroom located in the premises leased �
to Trailways, as long as Lessee 5ha11 lock the access door to �
t �the area leased by Trailways after each use of said area when ?

same is not occupied by Trailways' personnel. �
3. Security Gate. Lessee agrees to keep the � `
security gate which gives access from the offices to the
airport ramp area closed at all times other than when same � �
is in use. i �

that it complies with the Pitkin County Building Code.
5. Parkinq. Lessor agrees not to permit transit
� aircraft, other than commercial air charter aircraEt, to park

in Lessee's ramp area. Lessee agrees not to park its air- ;
craft within the non-exclusive ramp area for periods other �
than necessary to expedionsly load ox unload its aircraft. �
: ` Lessor further agrees not to permit more than two Trailways �
- buses to park in front of the building in which Lessee's �
office is Iocated at any one time. � �
6. Previous Lease Binding. Lessor and Lessee ;

specifically agree, unless contradicted herein, that each �
