i. The Aspen Community Schoo2, hereinafter "Applicant", has �/ �

applied to the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County, �T��°'

' Colorado, hereinafter "Board", for approval of a Temporary ''J ��
Use Permit to hold a public beneEit picnic on the School _
' ;"c
grounds on June 4, 1995, pursuant to Section 3-1903 of the
Land Use Code.
2. The Applicant has also requested a fee waiver from the
` Board.
3. The Land Use Code requires that the Board determine that
the request for a permit is necessary to hold the public event
or celebration and that adequate provision has been made for 4
'� po2ice supervision, area maintenance and public parkinq.
'� 4. The Board considered the Applicant's request to hold a .
'� benefit at a public meeting on April 26, 1995 at which time

"_� the Board found that the Applicant's request meets the

requirements of the Land Use Code. � +

1. The Applicant shall adhere to all material representations !

2. The Applicant shall comply with the Colorado Food Service j �f
� regulations and Temporary Food Handling guidelines, which are � �

possible or prior to June 1, 1995. '.���
