L The Redstone Water and Sanitation District has applied to the a '
Pitkin County Board of County Commissioners (hereafter "Board") for '

approval to construct an approximately 300,000 gallon water storage .

� . ,. ; 2. The property is located approximately one mile south of
�' Redstone and is included within the parcel as described on Exhibit �
"A" attached.
3. The Pitkin County Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed this �

application on April 4, 1995, and recommehded approval of this �

" 2. The Applicant shall obtain a County earthmoving permit, prior
to commencement of construction.
3. The Environmental Health Department shall approve a Fugitive
Dust Plan, prior to the issuance of a building permit. ��
4. The Applicant shall submit a 24 X 36 inch mylar Plat which

depicts the leased area, the location of the water storage
tank and a12 other components of the water service facility
to the Planning office for approval and subsequent
�_� _ recordation, prior to commencement of water service. This
e.;_V�
Plat shall also serve as the 1041 Hazard Review Site Plan.

a. Adequate mechanical support shall be provided for cut �;-
slopes.
b. Adding water which may decrease slope stability shall be
avoided.
c. Adding weight to the top of the slope shall be avoided.
,� d. Disturbed slopes must be contoured so that they can be
revegetated.
e. Steepening of existing slopes shall be avoided.
E. Confine cuts, fills, grading, arid excavation to the
� minimum area needed for constYUCtion.
