"Applicants", have applied to the Board of County ;+�� `;�
' Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado, hereinafter "Board�', g �

for approvaJ. of a Temporary Use Permit for the Aspen Air Show

on June 25, 1995, pursuan� to Section 3-1903 of the Land Use � v ':.

Code.
2. The Land Use Code requires that the Board determine that the
�• request for a permit is necessary ta hold the public event or
celebration and that adequate provision has been made for
: police supervision, insurance, area maintenance and public
, �
parking.
���' 3. The Board considered the Applicant's request to hold a benefit '
at a pnblic meeting on June 14, 1995 at which time the Board
found that the Appliaant's request meets the requirements of
� the Land Use Code. ! , "

� � NOA� THEREBORE, HE IT RESOLVED by the Board that it does
hereby grant a Temporary Use Permit to the Aspen Air Show 1995,

subject to the following conditions: .,� ;

� 1. The Applicant shall adhere to all material repzesentations ����.

made in the application and in the public meeting.

' 2. This temporary use permit is issued to the Aspen Air Show 1995
; for an event which will take place from 9:00 AM to 3:0� p.m. �:;
. on June 25, 1995. �
