• 2. The Applicant's lot is zoned AFR-10 and is approximately 3.422 �
acres in size. ,�
3. Said parcel is located on 172 Horseshoe Drive, and is known ���

as Lot 4, Double K Ranches 5ubdivision.

4. The Applicant proposes to deed restrict a caretaker dwalling
unit pursuant to Housing Guidelines in effect at the time of the ���
issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the unit. ,
5. The Board heard this application at a regularly scheduled
meeting on June 28, 1995, at which time evidence and testimony was �

presented with respect to the application. ' ! �
