1. The Pitkin County Board of County Commissioners, the Town ' � -�
__ Council of Snowmass Village, and the Aspen City Counail have
adopted Resolution ,�396 (1992) confirming a framework for an upper .`,}!6 r
� valley transportation strategy that will ensure a convenient, safe, ��' ,�
and efficient transportation system for the Roaring Fozk Valley. ,
2. The City of Aspen has the right to provide input to the �;� '
( Colorado Department of Transportation regarding the SH82 entrance !�,.�f
to Aspen. ;��?
