F. Employee dwelling unit restrictions may be removed by the
property owner, subject to the requirement that the dwelling is �' �
• ,' removed or modiFied, and verified by the Planning Director. If
�;� modified, the remaininq improvements must no longer be capable of n�
occupancy as a dwelling unit and must meet otherwise applicable �
ti� Code requirements. ,;�?

� � G. The Applicant shall agree to abide by the conditions of ;
':� approval for the employee dwelling unit. The Applicant further
agrees to pay the equivalent cash-ih-lieu fee for an equal employee .i
- dwelling unit if found by the Board to be in default of the
required dwelling unit deed restrictions. �+

2. The applicant shall abide by all representations made in the
application.
3. The unit shall be inspected by a Building Official for -
compliance with the Uniform Building Code. �.,
