4. The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the application �;
at a public meeting on August 9, 1995, and found the request � -

�_� NOW, TSEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Pitkin County Board of �;
County Commissioners hereby grants approval subject to the ,��

1. Within three months of approval of the application, the
applicant shall record an amended plat for Filing 1. `
2. All elements of the amendment shall be subject to applicabZe � l

6. Pzior to recording of the amended plats, the applicant shall `�� �. >
provide documentation to the Planning office that the ` �`

� 7. Prior to recozding of the amended plats, the applicant shall
submit the folZowing executed documents to the Planning Office �
for concurrent recording: �'
a. A deed restriction drafted by the Housing Authority �:
addressing the issue of the cost of improvements
resulting from this plat amendment, and the resulting f'
effect on affordability of units; said restriction shall �
be approved by the Hoard Chairman;
b. A copy of letters submitted by Mr. Musick to �he `'�
president of the W/J Ranch Homeowner's Association, dated
August 7th and 9th, 1995; and
I c. Letter of consent from every affected lot owner - _
agreeing to the terms of the described changes to the
