. J 1. Pitkin County (hereafter the "Applicant") has permission from , t'
I. the Owner, the City of Aspen, to request that the Board of County {;:-�:
_ I Commissioners of Pitkin County (hereinafter the "Board��) grant
approval for an amendment to Condition #13 of the Special Review, Y�!'",
Subdivieion Exemption and GMQS Exemption approval for the City of t'� `
Aspen Snow Storage Site ae oontained in Resolution #93-103. The g.
requested amendment would allow for the temporary use of the snow
storage aite as a construction staging area for the Airport Bow-Out - '�`'
. project, a Pitkin County public works improvement project.
2. The City of Aspen Snow Storage Site is a 4-acre parcel located
adjacent to and north of the Pitkin County Public Works Facility, �
0076 Service Center Road, and opposite Highway 82 from the airport.
�
3. The City of Aspen Snow Storage Site was approved by the Board
in 1993 pursuant to. Resolution #93-I03.
- 4. The applicant has the approval of the Owner, the. City o£
Aspen, to propose this amendment to the conditions of approval.
5. The Board reyiewed the Applicant's requeat at the duly noticed j� ,
'� regular meeti,ng of the 9th of August, 1995, at which time evidence ;
was received and testimony solicited with respect to the r. .
applicant's request from both the applicant and the public.
� 6. The Board found the applicant's request to be generally •
consistent with the original approval and in conformance with the ;�.'•
uses being conducted on surrounding lands. ..
�.,� `( NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board that it does #
hereby approve the following amendment to condition #13 of
