2. Pursuant to Section 4-402(D) (3), the Community Development �x

Director has forwarded this application to the Board of County
Cammissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado, hereafter "Board", for �

3. The Applicant proposes to deed restrict Unit 1, Winfield Arms 1��

the Housing Office, for resale to a qualified resident under the
